The Safety Reports Incident App provides a user-friendly platform for employees to efficiently record first reports of injuries, illnesses, and near misses through their smartphones or tablets.

• Up to 3 photos per incident can be included

To begin using the app, simply open it, select “Start New Incident,” and fill in the relevant fields such as Incident Name, Incident Type, Date/Time, Witnesses, Type of Injury/Illness, Treatment, etc. Users can easily upload photos and submit the information. The Incident Report is promptly generated and sent in PDF format via email directly from the device in real-time.
